Conference room

The conference room is situated on the first floor of the Institute. After the auditorium this is the second largest room which can be used for events. It is particularly suitable for symposia, seminars and conferences with limited numbers of participants.

The conference room seats 30 to 60 persons at tables. When furnished with rows of chairs, it holds up to 100.

The large window façade is conspicuous, giving a view of St. Nicholas' Cathedral. However technical equipment allows the room to be darkened to avoid too much sunshine and for projection purposes.

Transportable media are available for the presentation of lectures. Besides a transportable LCD projector, overhead and slide projectors can be used.
On the first floor in front of the conference room there is an exhibition area which can be used for poster presentations. This area and the conference room are easily accessible by lift.
