The double opt-in system is used for registrations, i.e. you will receive a first email in which you must confirm the link sent with it, as well as a second email to confirm your complete registration. As the e-mails are sent automatically by the system, they can sometimes be incorrectly classified as spam by your e-mail system and therefore sorted out. Please also check your spam folders.
