Dynamics of the human gut microbiota

Öffentlicher Abendvortrag

The gut microbiota has profound influences on human health. In my talk I will review progress made in this field in recent years, and present our studies of how gut microbial communities change in non-infectious diseases. In particular, I will show how therapeutic interventions can modify gut species composition, and discuss the potential consequences of these modifications.
