Öffentlicher Abendvortrag

This talk is an invitation to think collectively about the lives of the concept of uselessness in contemporary Ukrainian context. Working with an anarchive of places, bodies, processes and ideas deemed at some point „useless“, i hope to politicize uselessness and explore its radical potentials. 

nadiya chushak is a senior lecturer at Sociology Department at National University of Kyїv Mohyla Academy (Kyїv, Ukraine). nadiya’s current research interests include crip and queer theories, human-nonhuman relations.

The digital lecture will be recorded for use in the college's media library. Only the speaker, his/her presentation and the moderator will be heard or seen in the recording. Video, audio or chat contributions are not recorded. A "REC" sign at the edge of the picture informs the participants.
